I’m a food videographer, photographer, stylist, and recipe developer. It all started when I founded my dessert recipe blog flouringkitchen.com in 2021. I had just graduated with a degree in agriculture and food science and had a baby. I’ve always loved to bake and finally opened my very own recipe blog to share my favorite recipes with the world – and the rest is history!

My work is inspired by sunshine, flowers, and bright citrus fruit. And my motto is always “work smarter not harder” which I love applying to my videography process that I can’t wait to share with you!

When I’m not filming and baking, you can find me going on hikes with my family, knitting a sweater, or cuddled up with a good book. One day, you’ll find me on a farm in the countryside.

Videography + Photography + Styling

In late 2020, I picked up my phone and started filming and photographing recipes I made here and there. My sister lent me her canon 5D to take photos and that’s where I learned how to photograph manually.

In March 2021, I got the opportunity to invest in my own camera, going for the mirrorless canon R5 because of its video and photo capabilities. I used it to take photos – but didn’t take videos because I was overwhelmed! I continued filming overhead videos with my phone camera.

Finally, in February 2022 I picked up my camera to film a video – the first were these red velvet stuffed donuts. I really was so proud of this video! I started making more of them and noticed that when I showed my face – I got a lot more views.
